A New Orleans roofing slate. It is 175 years old and is labeled Vieux Carre. It is signed with the date 87’. It has a sticker on the back stating that it is an authentic, historic New Orleans roofing slate and that it came from an old building. The art features the Vieux Carre and the artist is Knut “Ken” Engelhardt from Germany.
