Vintage Large Prong Set Burgundy Purple Rhinestone Gold Tone Floral Brooch Pin

This is beautiful vintage Juliana style brooch. Made from burgundy red, icy clear, and purple rhinestones in a gold tone backing. The stones are a combination of marquis, round cut, and oval of varying sizes. The larger stones are circled by ribbons of smaller round cut stones with two clusters of icy clear rhinestones in the center. Although we have not been able to find an exact match in any of our Juliana research material, it certainly has Juliana characteristics. Crystals have been prong set and they are excessively brilliant. On the back the stones that are covered appear to make the number 8 and some stones have an open back. Juliana jewelry was not signed but rather sold with a hang tag and more often than not, the hang tag does not survive along with the piece. This piece is certainly high end costume! Measures approximately 2" x 2". Very good vintage condition. There is one very small clear round rhinestone missing from the cluster.
