This book shows water damage on the front and back cover, mostly at the bottom edges and corners. Minor moisture rippling and minor discoloration at bottom of book. It is a rare book that I''ve done a lot to dry, repair and clean - I saved this treasure from a wet garage! The interior pages are still in very good condition - no rips or tears. The paper is thick and high quality. The inside cover is clipped. I will price this books based on comps with a reasonable discount to reflect the water damage. Please look carefully at all the photos for clear images of the book.

Also this book is enormous! It''s about 12x10x2 and weighs about 6 lbs.
