Excellent quality bicone beads. This is a discontinued special import manufactured by KYL, a high quality crystal components manufacturer between 2000-2010. These beads look a lot like expensive name brand beads Swarovski or Preciosa, and are clearance priced. They have great sparkle and come in versatile jewel tone colors.
