Laptop has normal wear and tear based on normal use over its lifespan. The inside is in very good condition and the keyboard and trackpad have some slight wear and tear. The only thing of note on the inside is on the LCD there is a very small area that when on a white background you can see slight discoloration. But otherwise it is not noticeable. (this is circled in red on one image for reference) For the outside there are normal scuffs on the corners of the bottom of the shell. See pictures for all details of the laptop.

Overall the laptop works and performs perfectly.

Laptop was formatted and installed with the latest version of Windows 10. To get laptop formatted under SETTINGS in Windows 10 laptop is "Reset" and told to fully clean the drive of all profiles
