When functioning...
This Ricoh SP C262SFNw Color Laser Multifunction Printer is a great addition to an office or workspace.
When it functioned, it produced sharp images and fast, as well as scanned and copied superbly. We were smitten with it, it was the toast of our little office...Until an error appeared on the screen; "density sensor require cleaning". We followed easy directions from Ricoh on switching the blue lever back and forth, we even went at far as to purchase a new density sensor (now included in this offering). Even though the unit only has 3600 pages on it''s ''odometer'', we were unable to get to functional in time.

As a functioning printer/scanner is critical for our office, the boss went out and bought a new one after it being down 2 days. Since the printer is near new this may be an easy fix for someone with a little know-how and/or a more patient boss.
