This is hp laptop I have and it works I just don’t know why the setting won’t open I’m looking to get rid of it cause I just don’t even want waste time with it I rather just get new one it’s good to get on google and stuff it works but I don’t know what’s exactly the problem charge included windows 10 4g ram
