New with tags. I ordered two sizes and never returned this beautiful dress in time. I paid $170. It is a two piece dress. It has a white spaghetti strap slip underneath and the main dress buttons all the way up and then you put the belt on. Beautiful for work or to go out. 100% Polyester. Machine wash cold or dry clean. Fits like a large.
