Vintage Cobalt Blue Sailboat Fish Coastal Cardigan Sweater

This is a beautiful vintage sweater of sailboats and fish against a vibrant cobalt blue background with a rock garden in the foreground. There’s no tags inside so it’s possibly homemade. It feels like wool but again, with no tag, I can’t be sure. The size is approximately an XL (which is how I’m listing it) but please go by the measurements provided below.

Measurements:

Shoulder to hem: approximately 28 inches
Across the shoulders: approximately 24 inches
Across the under armpits: approximately 23.5 inches
